Each hour at NuBody is comprised of three components – Core Intensive Training, Cardio Vascular Conditioning and Strength Training. You will maximize each training hour with 30 minutes of Pilates, TRX or Barre, 15 minutes of high interval training and 15 minutes of total body sculpting. The class format changes daily and rotates weekly.
Classes move seamlessly through exercises, helping you to increase strength, stamina, balance, coordination and flexibility. With a progressive class format, you will be challenged to take your fitness to the next level.
You don’t have to be an expert to join the program. People at all fitness levels are encouraged to join. You will work within your abilities, progressing slowly. All classes are designed to be challenging and fun.
